Rule 2.528. Termination of remote access

(a) Remote access is a privilege Remote access to electronic records under this article is a privilege and not a right.

(b) Termination by court A court that provides remote access may, at any time and for any reason, terminate the permission granted to any person eligible under the rules in article 3 to remotely access electronic records.
