Rule 7.2225. Persons who may file petition (§§ 5974, 5978)

(a) Persons who may file petition Any person identified in section 5974 may file a petition to begin CARE Act proceedings. If a petition is based on a referral authorized by section 5978, only the person designated in that section may file the petition.
