Rule 8.150. Filing the record
Amended January 1, 2016 (current)
(a) Superior court clerk’s duties When the record is complete, the superior court clerk must promptly send the original to the reviewing court and the copy to the appellant.
(b) Reviewing court clerk’s duties On receiving the record, the reviewing court clerk must promptly file the original and send notice of the filing date to the parties.
